Want to join? Book in for an induction

If you like what you've seen so far then the next step is to book in for an

induction where one of our fitness experts will show you how to use the

machines safely and with the correct technique. This will usually take

around an hour. You will need payment for your first month (either cash

or card) and your bank details so that we can set up your direct debit.

Don't forget your gym kit!

Let our experts design your personal fitness programme

After your induction we'll book you in for a 1-2-1 session. Let us know

how often you plan on coming each week, how long you want to spend

on your programme and your goals and we'll design a personal fitness

programme just for you. We recommend that you change your

programme every 6-8 weeks as when your body gets used to the

routine it won't work as hard and the results you'll see will slow down.

Still got the right technique?

Once you have your programme we'll book you in for what we call a

shadow programme where one of our experts will join you and make

sure you're using the correct technique and that you're happy to follow

your programme on your own. Remember that there is always someone

on hand if you need help or advice.
